GENERAL TERMS:
**UP TO 10 SLOTS WILL BE AVAILABLE EACH MONTH**

GENERAL TURNAROUND TIME = > 24 hours

You can reserve one for the following month if you ever miss the submission window or you're interesting in a commission for the near future. Also note that requests will be picked, not first come, first serve.
By commissioning me, you agree that you have looked through and understand the following AND that you are over 18 years of age or older.

A half payment will be requested via PayPal invoice before I begin your commission (look for jonpadraws@gmail.com in your emails). If you choose to start with that amount, the remainder will be expected once the commission is complete. I do also accept tips.

Half refunds can be requested if the client isn't completely satisfied with the service. Once the commission is complete though, no refunds will be given.

Please provide references in your inquiry, even if it’s for a recognizable character.
Communication is key! Please use the submission form for any personal commissions. However, feel free to use DMs or my email to stay up to date on progress. You can also check the queue list to see the status of your commission. Do not bombard me with messages! If an emergency comes up that interferes with my progress, I'll let you know.
I can deny any request I feel cannot be fulfilled to the best of my ability or doesn't meet my personal preferences. If you're unsure, please ask.
The finished product sent to you as a png. file (usually 16 x 20 in for pinup commissions). If you would like more specific dimensions, note that in your inquiry too.
Any additional changes and/or additions may require additional payment. Please keep this in mind.

TERMS FOR COMMERCIAL USE:
Commercial use requests are to be sent by email (jonpadraws@gmail.com) while still following the price format.
As of February 9, 2022, commissioned works can be used to make profit for an additional fee, (including but not limited to: prints, books, merch, promotion, etc.) so long as it is clearly stated in the client's request and/or discussed and agreed upon by both parties beforehand. If there is a deadline, please state it in your inquiry as well.

Additional fee = 50%+ of your total order.

Ex: If your total order is $300, then the fee would be an extra $150. Now totaling to $450.
Keep in mind that I still own the original work and grant you permission to use said work as intended.
Unless strict confidentiality is requested by you in advance of your request for a certain period of time, I reserve the right to display the finished work online/publicly.
**Reselling my work via nonfungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency or blockchain is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action.**
